Unique Real Estate is a registered DBA of GC2, LLC. These Terms of Service apply to all users engaging with services, communications, and messaging provided by GC2, LLC under the Unique Real Estate name.

By using our website, services, or messaging features, you acknowledge that GC2, LLC is the legal entity responsible for operations conducted under the Unique Real Estate brand.

Verification: The User acknowledges that all property details should be independently verified. The Company assumes no liability for errors or omissions in listing content.

III. COMMUNICATION CONSENT & DATA USAGE By submitting your contact information, you expressly consent to receive communications from the Company and its strategic partners.

Scope: Communications may include real estate services, transaction updates, event invitations, and marketing regarding new Company divisions or initiatives.
